video goes through the details of 4130 chromemoly tube fabrication.
It begins with a very detailed look at the fabrication of
a small part, in this case a rudder pedal. It then completes
the rudder pedal control assembly, moves on to a larger
part, the rudder itself and contiues with restoration and
repair of various aspects on a Stinson Gullwing Airframe.
Jigging and gas welding are covered with the use a a high
tech camera lens which shows the welding process close up
                      and in detail As
with other Tin Man videos, much of the time spent is informal
chat which in other productions might have ended up on
the cutting room floor.  ...and thats too bad because
all that lengthy chat is where 90% of the value lies.
While other videos tend to rush through the basics this
one is full of the little hints techniques needed not
just to get a job done, but to get it done to the highest
                        standards.

detail going from the rudder pedals, to the rudder, and
then the fuselage.  Over 60 years of building experience
are presented in detail along with answers to the 11 most
